Thermsley Website Terms of Service

These terms govern use of thermsley.com and any Thermsley preview link ("the Site"). The services we sell to clients are governed by a separate Client Service Agreement.

1. Who we are. "Thermsley", "we" and "us" mean the business operating under the Thermsley name. Contact: hello@thermsley.com. Our mailing address is available on request.
2. Use of the Site. You may use the Site to learn about our services and request a preview. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break security, scrape at volume, send spam through forms or chat, or submit someone else's information without permission.
3. Previews. A free preview is a draft built from public information about a business and anything the business sends us. It is provided as-is for review only, is not published for the public, and may be deleted if not launched within 60 days. Requesting a preview creates no obligation for either party.
4. Automated chat. Chat on the Site and on client sites is an automated assistant, not a person. Its answers come from information the business provided and may be incomplete. In an emergency (gas smell, carbon monoxide alarm, fire, injury), leave the area and call 911 or your gas utility; do not rely on the chat.
5. Content and trademarks. Site content and the Thermsley name and mark belong to Thermsley. Business names and logos of clients belong to them.
6. No warranties. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Thermsley is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the Site, and total liability for Site use is limited to $100.
8. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at thermsley.com/privacy.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
