Where does the content come from?
Your business's public details (services, service area, hours) plus anything you send us. We use stock or AI-made images, never photos copied from your listings. We don't add reviews, ratings, licenses or claims you haven't given us.
Who owns the domain?
You do. If you already have one, we point it at your new site with your OK. If you don't, the site can start on a free subdomain.
Is this only for Dallas–Fort Worth?
The founding pilot is limited to 3 DFW HVAC shops, and the examples and service-area setup are built for the Metroplex.
Does the chat replace my phone?
No. It's an automated assistant, and it says so. It answers common questions, takes service requests and emails them to you. For emergencies it shows your phone number and safety steps. It doesn't book jobs into a calendar or make promises on prices you haven't given us.
What happens if spam floods the chat or form?
Requests pass a spam check and rate limits. Each site also has a daily cap: anything over it is saved for review instead of filling your inbox, and we get an alert.
